Humans are Built for Movement

Humans are among the most complex movers on the planet, but so often we take our physiology for granted. Consider a tortoise for a moment. It can’t climb a tree, or practice handstands at the park. It’s structurally incapable of treading water. We have a freedom of physical expression unknown to most species. To be born human is to be a natural athlete by organic design.
